What is Krav Maga?
(Krav Maga: Contact Combat). Originally developed by Imi Lichtenfeld in 1948. It derived from a combination of techniques sourced from Boxing, Wrestling, Aikido, Judo, Jujitsu and Karate, along with realistic fight training. It is an enhanced fighting system utilised by the Israeli Military. An extraordinary hand to hand fighting system designed to equip ordinary men and women with the skills to protect themselves quickly and effectively.

Our goal is to teach you Safety Procedures, how to make right decision under stress and build your self-confidence. Our training system will get you fight and we mean, fighting fit ! Our classes are suitable for both men and women and you don’t need any previous experience of Krav Maga or any Martial Arts.

This is a great chance for you to see how we train, meet an instructor and take part in a session with our awesome members. There are no commitments to sign up after trial, it’s simply an opportunity for you to see some real Krav Maga in action and to see whether we are suitable for each other.
