123 Krav Maga was created out of a strong passion, a shared vision and a ceaseless commitment to making learning easy and accessible. We are a Self-defence school providing programs and class structure to help local residents achieve their goals be it fitness, self-confidence or learn life saving skills.

 

Since opening in 2013, we’ve had the opportunity to help countless students acquire foundational skills, get fitter, develop new techniques and improve their overall confidence and outlook on life.

We have no ego and friendly atmosphere in the classes where our team of instructors and assistant instructors support the need of our students to achieve their goal. We welcome and support students from all backgrounds and levels. No matter what your goals are, fitness, self-defence or improve confidence, we will support you to achieve your goals.
