Do I need any prior experience to join?
Not at all. Our classes are beginner-friendly and open to all fitness levels. Youβll be guided step-by-step by experienced instructors who tailor the training to suit your ability and confidence.
What kind of self-defence do you teach?
We teach practical, scenario-based self-defence. That means youβll learn how to deal with real-life situations β not just rehearsed drills. We focus on awareness, de-escalation, and effective physical techniques that work under pressure.
Will this help me get fit?

Is self-defence training suitable for women?
Absolutely. Our classes are inclusive and many of our students are women looking to build confidence, strength, and safety skills. We create a respectful, supportive environment where everyone can train at their own pace.
What if Iβm not very fit or havenβt exercised in a long time?
No problem β we meet you where you are. Our training is adaptable, and youβll build up your fitness gradually. You donβt need to be in shape to start β youβll get in shape by starting.
How often should I train?
We recommend at least 2 classes per week to start building consistency. As you progress, you can increase your sessions to accelerate your growth and results.
Is self-defence just physical techniques?
No β real self-defence also involves mindset, awareness, understanding the law, and avoiding danger before it escalates. We cover all aspects to help you stay safe and confident in real-world scenarios.
What should I wear to class?
All students wear Club T-shirt and Trouser as part of the uniform. Wrestling shoes (recommended) for training on indoor mats. Protective equipment such as groin guard, mma gloves plus for more regular training, boxing gloves, head gear, mouth guard etc.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Our Krav Maga training Programme is designed for adults. With consent, minimum 15 years old can potentially participate in our classes.
